The building 1 has double rooms, double with extra bed rooms, suites or apartments that can accommodate 4 people.

All types of our rooms have balcony, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, air conditioning (heating-cooling), mini bar, radio and safe.

Buiding 1 was renovated in 2012.
